B – total yogurt with blueberries

S – protein shake (30g)

L1 – falafel, baba ghanoush, humus, mint yogurt & salad

L2 – 2 soy burgers (without bread), salad & diet coke

S – protein shake (30g) & nuts

S – cappuccino (with sweetener), 1 cheese stick with lettus & a small orange

S – protein shake (30g)

D – 1 soy burger, baba ghanoush, humus, mint yogurt, salad & diet coke

lol Yep, we had a good time. Lots of protein and very little sugar. Crazy DSrs know how to eat! We tried out some chocolate protein powder mixed with 1/2 & 1/2, 2 shots of SF peppermint syrup and coffee. It was good!

Woke up feeling good, but lost energy shopping.
169 this morning!!!!!!!! I stood on the scale, staring and smiling,,,,until my cats reminded me it was time to eat. Haven't been here in 40 years!!

S: sampled everything offered for free in the mall
L: turkey and Swiss on WW thin bun, mini pickles, olives

Congratulations!

I looked at those mudslide bars today but they've got a little too much sugar alcohols for me. If I only had the self control to only eat 1/2....

S: Coffee with Half n Half  (2g)

B: 2 egg scramble with spam, 1 sausage link and grated cheese (28g)

S: 1 hormel precooked sausage, 1 meatball, and some jerky (16g)

D: Beef 5 1/2 oz  eye of round Fajitas with Vegetables (33g)

S: Starbucks Venti latte made with Half n Half (4g)

S: Hmmm popcorn and jerky

Exercites: DRUMROLL PLEASE 25 minutes The Biggest Loser Stage 1 Exercise Tape.  My son did it with me.. I was sweating. My legs were all jiggly afterwards.

64g of protein today, way better then yesterday! I know I need to get more protein in though (:
