and it might be better if you put the scale away and only used it once a month now as it is going to keep going slower. Take your measurements instead. You are getting smaller and the scale isn't the best way to measure what is happening to your body. Sometimes measurements change when the scale doesn't.

Just keep doing what you know you must and be patient. That's hard but the DS is working and it doesn't break. Keep away from sweets and simple carbs and slowly it will keep working. you've lost an incredable amount of weight in a short time. Just focus on getting fit & healthy now. It's going to happen this time- unlike all the diets that failed you in the past. Be patient!

If you haven't read the previous posts here about stalls then you need to read a lot more as it has been discussed here many times. Keep reading!

Thank You.
I really wasn't sure this was a stall.. I actually was thinking there was something in my daily routine causeing this..
I told myself that I will step away from the scale until Jan 18th!.. I will dig deeper with my reading, when I search this I get the "common" things that can cause a stall, like people having to many carbs, artificial sweetners, ect ect..  (if that makes sense?)
thanks for the encouragment.

How do you know when you are done losing?  how long do you stop losing weight and know this is where I am going to be?

112 over 7 months is a great average.  Below are my 19 months of losses by month until I stopped losing.  By 7 months I had lost  101 lbs but continued, sometimes slowly, to lose another 49 lbs.   You will continue to lose.  You are doing the right things.

Every one has the fear at least once that they are done losing.  Then there will be a day that you will fear you are losing too much and won't stop.  Just keep doing the right things and when you get to a 4-5 month stall then re-evaluate.  You may be just fine where you are at that point.  I'm 5'2" and I'm hovering between 145-150 and I'm normal.  My original goal was 117 which would be fine for someone who was never fat.  I would look sickly if I did reach that goal.  I could make some changes and lose more weight but my lifestyle is easy now and I still eat some junk.  I'm happy.

Why not post what you eat in a day?

great idea..

B- protein coffe (56g)
1 egg(6g) 1 sausage patti (6g)

swim or weights 1.5 hours 5x a week

 lunch
romane lettuce leaf with ranch, 4-8 slices of salmi and 2 slices of swiss cheese (depending how hungary I am)

snack- usually a handful of nuts and a few bites of left over meat from dinner

dinner- usually always meat or steak, elk, beef rarely chicken or pork
with leafy green lettuces with cheese and ranch or blu cheese
I would say 90% of the time this my normal diet I will mix it up a little but I do well on the same things all the time..

I calculate this to be at least 120 grams of protein

You do weights or swimming for 1.5 hours, 5 days a week? Modern recommendations for normies who don't work out are in the range of 1 g of protein per pound of (target) body weight. So, as someone who works out, and malabsorbs protein, you are likely to need more.
