wow! that's a lot of protein:) wish i could do that:~

Not feeling well today - body aching, got a headache, was in bed most of the day! Did not have my 3rd protein shake and ate really bad carbs!

B – 1 cheese on toast & decaf tea

L – mashed veggie & kidney beans curry & total yogurt with blue berries

S – protein shake (30g)

S – popcorn & indian decaf tea with splenda sugar

D1 – veggie mince sheppards pie – without potato

D2 – 2 toasts with butter and jam & decaf tea

D3 – 2 veggie samosas, 8 pieces of terry’s orange chocolate, 1 strawberry

S – total yogurt with blueberries and 1 strawberry

S – protein shake (30g)

I hope you feel better and this isn't the flu. Good variety this weekend but start again tomorrow and concentrate on that protein. :)

Feeling better but not totally well yet. Thank it's a short week.

D: chicken tortilla casserole (?), few bites of salad. (didn't settle well)

Hi Ladies!
Finally getting some Christmas spirit now that my mom is out of hospital and I have some "me" time to do some shopping and decorating>
Only bad thing is the "evil cookies" omgosh, I have no willpower when it comes to cookies.

S- swiss cheese, cup of coffee with sf vanilla creamer
B- Cup of coffee with sf vanilla creamer and2 fried eggs and 2 sausage links
S- Almonds and vanilla protein drink
S- 3 chocolate dipped graham cracker cookies
L- a whole doubledown from KFC took me an hour to eat but 50g of protein :)
S- ham and swiss roll
D-Tuna, with mayo, celery, shredded carrot on ww toast and string cheese
S- my new addiction vanilla protein drink with sf pumpkin pie syrup
s- 2 chocolate covered coffee flavored cookies

Fluids: check
Exercise: power shopping today 12 stores in 4 hrs. then wrapping... ok I can dream that would count as exercise....

Nice addiction with that pumpkin protein shake. Now, step away from the cookies and nobody gets hurt.
