soy lecithin
Ive been having stomach issues with diarrhea on and off for the last 2 weeks. I started keeping a food journal to see what food are effecting me. The only continual factor i can find is soy lecithin.
So i looked up side effects...GI upset, diarrhea, vomiting. It does state this happens when large amounts are consumed but i was thinking with our altered systems it may happen with less.

You are so right! Its crazy how many items the sneak soy into. I thought i was going crazy. Im lactose intolerant so i stop even the stuff i was able to eat like cheese and greek yogurt. Still my belly was upset. Started checking ingredients and kept seeing soy lecithin pop up. Then found out it occurs natural in eggs and peanut...both items that upset my belly!
Boy, im really SOL if its soy. No milk or soy! Its going to be fun finding a protein shake with those parameters

I know what you mean about it being in everything. I did come across this protein supp yesterday (https://www.vita4life.net/products/Liquid-Protein-Support.ht ml) and so far can't see anything about Soy Lecithin in it. It's a bit pricey but thought I'd let you know about it.
ETA: its collagen protein and its my understanding thats not very good protein. But i will research it:) Thanks again!
