Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - Office Christmas luncheon - 2 pork chops and a few bites of rice (40 grams, I'm guessing)
S - mini muffin size red velvet cake
D - taking Son#2 out to Texas Roadhouse for his birthday--fried pickles are sounding good. Otherwise, I'm still pretty full from lunch. We'll see.

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron batch: done
evening batch: pending

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks

Hi Gina. Sounds like you did really well at your holiday luncheon. You are a better woman than I.
BITES:
B- double protein shake, bagel thin, cream cheese, 2 slices thick bologna.
S- Peanut butter kiss cookie, Scotchie cookie baked by coworker.
L - (still eating this) 1 oz. Dreamfield's pasta, 2 hot Italian sausage links, lower carb marinara topped with cheese.
D- Planning on 2 chili-cheese dogs, bunless of course!
S - another double protein shake. I'm hoping plenty of protein will help flush out the ingested carbs.
Totals - protein around 195, carbs net 90

VITES: morning & noon batch done, evening, bedtime & profeffin pending.
EXERCITES: none - really crampy today. Oh the joys of womanhood.

off work today.  finished up my christmas baking.  now i get to wrap it up and play santa giving it out.  love it.  so much fun.

sausage/cheese/egg on a bun (ate 1/4 of bun)

a ton of pepperoni crisps
cheese crisps - 4" circle
