B- double protein shake, bagel thin, cream cheese, 2 slices thick bologna.
S- Peanut butter kiss cookie, Scotchie cookie baked by coworker.
L - (still eating this) 1 oz. Dreamfield's pasta, 2 hot Italian sausage links, lower carb marinara topped with cheese.
D- Planning on 2 chili-cheese dogs, bunless of course!
S - another double protein shake. I'm hoping plenty of protein will help flush out the ingested carbs.
Totals - protein around 195, carbs net 90
VITES: morning & noon batch done, evening, bedtime & profeffin pending.
EXERCITES: none - really crampy today. Oh the joys of womanhood.
