Hi Becky, Thanks for posting this as I have a cousin that wants/needs this information. She has had the good fortune of being referred to Dr. K by her insurance. company and she doesn't have a clue about the DS. I think she is afraid but she is very intelligent and I know this is what she should do. I just won't outright tell her so. i did tell her that she was lucky to get one of the best in the world for the best surgery available.   I don't expect too much traffic today on the boards on a Sunday before Christmas.

She is very lucky.  I hope this thread helps her.
