DS to Rose or lap or sleeve which is best? revison?

Having a  revivsion which one after ds is best rose lap over bypass or sleeve? Michelle

 Your post is confusing.  What are you revising from?  

If you are revising from an RNY and don't want the DS, I would recommend the sleeve.  Of course that is assuming your pouch is salvagable.  The rose thingy is chancy at best.  And why would you add insult to injury by throwing a torture device like the band on top of a bypass?  That is just asking for trouble.  

If I've understood that correctly and I may inquire, why do you not want the DS?

If you are revising FROM a DS (and there are better alternatives than having it taken down), I'd go to a sleeve, because you already have one.  But I don't know why you'd do that.  If your malabsorption is too great, there are alternatives to having the whole thing undone.

Your question seems too bizarre and lacking in context to answer.  Are you here as a troll or poop-stirer?  I see your account was just created. What are you displeased with that you are thinking a revision could remedy?

  My guess is this is a spam account looking to generate traffic by including multiple keywords in a condensed format.  There was another post on the main forum yesterday that appeared to be pulling a similar trick using highly searched terms in a nonsensical manner.
