D1 – 3 small corn on the cobs, stir fry veggies & salad with avocado, cheese and cream
D2 – 1 toast with butter and reduced sugar jam & english decaf tea

But I *think* I got it all in.
The eggs, sausage, and cheese was 28 grams
The veggie burger had 26 grams in it, (including cheese slice& bread slice)
tuna was an Entire can of regular sized can of tuna (had a ton of protein in it). The pita bread had 8 grams of protein. (so approx 34)
The petite salad had cheese on it (6 g)
The beef jerky was quite a lot of jerky lol (8 g)
Had popcorn, too (4 g)
Tomorrow I will keep better track LOL
So about 106 grams of Protein TOTAL 106g
