Hi Gina and everyone,
Well, today was a little better. No major disasters. The folks at work have found "something" for me to do for awhile so I can stay on the payroll. Signed the car over to the towing yard and DH has started car shopping,
Still feel like crap, but tomorrow will be better.

I'm afraid to ask what kind of nonsense the hospital bureaucrats, or whomever, are pulling with your hospital privileges...I'd probably just get mad.

 *drags butt in here* I know what I need to do. Hopefully posting to people will help get me to where I need to be, more protein!

I just got my P28 bread last night and tried a slice...toasted w/lots of butter. The wheat in it didn't bother me, so I think I can handle it in small amounts. It's like 14 grams of protein a slice?

 Yes it is! I can make a sandwich with one slice and have it be 36g of protein (lots of cheese and ham). It takes me over an hour to eat it all though lol I'm happy to have a bread that I can eat once in a while to satisfy the sandwich craving (:

Looooonnnnggg day.
BITES:
B- Fage blueberry acai yogurt, Earl Gray tea with half & half (15)
L - small bit of Dreamfields covered in Caesar/pork/mushroom casserole, 3 truffles. (40)
S-  low carb tortilla filled with cheddar, refried beans, and carnitas meat. ( 43)
S2 - chocolate protein shake with SF peppermint, warmed in microwave. (30)
D - ??? I have rotisserie chicken at home.

VITES: 3 down, bedtime batch & proferrin to go.
EXERCITES:  none. 
Fluids- 64+ so far.
