Tender Lumps in Forearms

Hello, I had surgery a few days ago, and after I was released, I've developed these sore, tender lumps in both of my forearms.  I had IVs in both arms.

My surgeon's office isn't open quite yet, but I will be calling them first thing.  Just curious if anyone else has had this happen?  Any clues as to what it could be?  I did a google search, and it seems like it's pretty common.  I just want to make sure it's not a blood clot.

That always happens to me when I get an IV. It goes away in a day or two. I would call regardless simply because it bothered you enough to mention here. *hugs* Congrats btw!

Thanks so much!  I've never had this happen with other IVs, so was a lil confused. :)

Removed because OH has chosen to share my posts, upload, journey etc. on Facebook without my permission. Moderation that is unfair and prejudicial.

My Mom experienced that from an unrelated recent surgery.  They looked like little marbles at the IV site.  Her doc said it was the IV and they resolved on their own.
