Hey Switch Sister!
The only part of me that's been dry is my face, so I started using Burt's Bees facial cream 2 days ago and it's almost back to normal. (And it was really, really dry and scaly feeling)
I ended up with stretch marks in my (pregnancy) stretch marks, so I figured "meh".
I hope someone can advise you on those. I just wanted to say "hi!" Hope you are feeling good!

Starting around three weeks out my hands and feet started looking really dry and wrinkly. I felt like a 90 year old lady. I'm sure it was a hydration thing. There was only so much water I could fit in my tiny, healing stomach each day and it showed.
At 10 weeks out, my skin is looking a lot better. You can try some moisturizer, but ya gotta choke down the water too. Also, don't underestimate the power of a nice spa treatment when you're feeling up to it. I treated myself to a manicure/pedicure last week and my hands and feet are all soft and finally look my age again... except skinnier.
