BITES:
B - egg and microwaved thick bologna on wheat sandwich thin; 1 T. sugar free preserves, tea.
L - Beef Pho with only about 1/5 noodles, Vietamese pork chop.
S - Simply Lite low carb dark chocolate with almonds. (2 net carbs)
S - double protein shake with half & half
D - probably Caesar salad with grilled chicken breast.
Bedtime - thinking about a Nectar syntrax shake too.
With bedtime shake, protein around 150, carbs around 75 net.
HW - 283 SW - 257.5 Goal - 156

Posting a little early but I am going to eat my plan tonight. The Dominos was really not worth it, the artisian pizza is kinda icky. Dont waste your time no matter how good it looks in the commercials. I ate too many homemade cookies today. I am still a stress eater. Good numbers though

D - lentil curry with total yogurt, 1 small corn on the cob, & a bit of salad with cheese & cottage cheese

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
