I strive for 125+ in protein, and 150 carbs.
Weight goals.. I'm shooting for 200.  Another 40lbs.  I'm avg a 5lbs loss a month now which I'm good with.  slow and steady and eat what I want. is perfection.  No time frame..I'm easy. Not trying for anything right now..not really exercising.
You can either stop dreaming and face reality or keep dreaming & create your reality.

Hello all.
BITES:
B - egg and microwaved thick bologna on wheat sandwich thin; 1 T. sugar free preserves, tea.
L - Beef Pho with only about 1/5 noodles, Vietamese pork chop.
S - Simply Lite low carb dark chocolate with almonds. (2 net carbs)
S - double protein shake with half & half
D - probably Caesar salad with grilled chicken breast.
Bedtime - thinking about a Nectar syntrax shake too.
With bedtime shake, protein around 150, carbs around 75 net.

Posting a little early but I am going to eat my plan tonight.  The Dominos was really not worth it, the artisian pizza is kinda icky.  Dont waste your time no matter how good it looks in the commercials.  I ate too many homemade cookies today.  I am still a stress eater.  Good numbers though


Dinner

Dominos - Artisian Pizza - Italian Sausage & Pepper Trio, 2 slices

Dominos - Stuffed Cheesy Bread, 4 Piece

Snack

Eggs - Hardboiled, 2 Large

Great Value - Cottage Cheese, Small Curd, 4% Milkfat, 1 cup

Lunch

Tyson - Sweet Asian Chili Flavored Chicken Wings, 8 OZ

Snack

Nestle - Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookie From Scratch, 5 cookies

Planters - Whole Cashews - Lightly Salted, 2 oz, approx 11 pieces

Breakfast

Plumrose - Premium Sliced Bacon, 6 slices

La Banderita - Flour Tortillas - Fajita Size, 1 tortilla

Homemade - Scrambled Eggs With 50g Cheese + Butter, 2 eggs

 

Totals:

Calories: 2,891

Carbs: 204 (Fiber: 14)- Net Carbs: 190

Fat: 184

Protein: 159

All vitamin and meds taken

Good to know about the pizza. We do thin crust everything but I sure won't let them (my guys) talk me into this.

 hi!:)

B - a big bowl of total yogurt with blue berries, strawberries & almonds
S - protein shake (30g)
L - soy chunks with creamy tomato gravy & salad with cheese
S - protein shake (30g)
S - handful of nuts
D - lentil curry with total yogurt, 1 small corn on the cob, & a bit of salad with cheese & cottage cheese
S - total yogurt with blueberries and strawberries
S - ~^*~^* protein shake (30g) *^~*^~

yeahhhhh!! i managed to have 3 protein shakes today:):):) thankss!

Good Morning ~ Sorry about your job, Gail! Noreen.. my dh always says "don't worry about that!" instead of helping (sigh)

DS maintenance mode

Snack - 1 scoop protein shake (26g) 

B- 2 eggs w Spam & Cheese (25g)

S- Weiner & Cheese Stick (12g)

Snack- Went and bought some protein powder (I was all out) and had another 1 scoop (26)

D- Beef & Cheese Burrito on LoCarb Tortilla (26g)

Snack- Weiner & popcorn (8g)

Vites-  all in

Exercise-  just housework  soo, uh...I did look for my exercise videos (rainy day) and couldn't find them LOL

HI Guys,

had a crappy day too, heard that I didnt get a job I applied for so kinda miserable and feeling a bit hopeless....oh well, did quite well with the food I think...
B - scrambled eggs, bacon and coffee (30g)
S - piece Julian bread and a slice cheese (20g)
L - pepperoni slices, pork rinds and cheese cubes (35g)
S - more pepperoni slices and a turkey cheese pickle roll up
D - chicken & mushroom casserole over some dreamfields pasta
S - fage yoghurt and sf jello while watching "the Help"

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
