What do you snack on when you want something crunchy.. I can't stand celery so that's out.. I do have pretzels from time to time.   Any other ideas?

THanks.

Hey Kathy,
I eat baked pepperoni slices, I just put them on paper towel and nuke them, then dip in ranch or queso. I also eat pork rinds dipped in ranch, salsa or hummus. I know alot of people make the cheese crisps but I have never been very successful in making them.
I have also cut up low carb tortillas and brushed them with melted butter and sprinkled garlic powder on them and baked them , let them cool and use as chips.

You make mounds of shredded cheese on wax paper and microwave until crispy

Pistachio nuts! Lots of fat and a decent amount of protein and only 2 grams of sugar per serving.  They have fiber too.
