D - bunless porcupine hamburger, leftover green beans and 1/2 a red tater
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

 B- double scoop protein shake
Lunch- 1 taco with extra meat and cheese
Dinner- 3 oz pot roast, 2 bites mashed potatoes, one bite green beans
Snack later tonight will be a tillamook cheese stick!


Vites- morning batch and mid day batch done. Behind on evening vites! I'm working on getting them all in still! Sigh!

Does cleaning and running after four kids count as exercise? Lol! Hopefully I'll do better tomorrow on that too!

D-2 sausage patties, scrambled eggs, 1/2 biscuit
S- maybe, will be yogurt and frozen strawberries if so

Vites in and fluids were good.

Snack 1/2 cup diet juice and morning Vites

Brunch: 2 eggs, 1 oz Spam and 1/3 cup grated cheese 12, 4, 3 protein

More coffee 3 T half n half 1.5 protein

Dinner Taco meat over green salad with cheese

3 oz ground beef 17 protein, cheese, 6 

Bedime snack, home popped popcorn with chili limon seasoning .. carbs hmm 24? Protein 5


When I ADD IT ALL UP ABOUT 81 GRAMS OF pROTEIN, since I am about to have another cup of coffee

the protein drink really helped, I don't usually drink those. think I will do that again tomorrow.

Hi Gina and everyone,
I think this was my last holiday party until christmas day eating. There's one more next week but am planning to skip it.

B: double protein shake, bacon

S: Adkins mudslide bar
L: turkey and Swiss on WW thin bun, a few mini pickles, mixed nuts
S: CS fudge bar
D: couple bites of turkey (too tough), mashed potatoes, dinner roll with butter, few bites of green bean casserole, small piece of pecan pie

E: work walking plus an additional mile

Yep, turkey can be iffy. Wonder why we can eat jerky pretty easily but not dense chicken?
