 Almost 4 yrs out and Maintaining!

B~ Coffee

B #2~ Double scoop chocolate coffee protein shake with half & half

L~ I chopped up about 8 slices of bacon added in some diced tomatoes and chopped up some cucumber and stirred together with some mayo. Ate it with a spoon....LOL Was similar to a BLT without the bread.

S~A peanut bar

S~ Handful of Cheez-It's

D~Mission Low carb tortilla wrap stuffed with a ton of cheese, turkey, ham, tomato, lettuce, ranch dressing and mayo. It was so fat, had to pick away a lot of the wrap to eat the insides.

S~ 2 coors lite

S~ double scoop protein shake.
