B - 1 cheese on toast (soy bread per slice: 10g carbs, 6g protein - can't find bread below 10g carbs per slice!!!) & english tea

i'm very proud of myself today , went to my aunts house for dinner - there were 4 different kinds of desserts!!! for once in my life i didn't mind not eating dessert:)
I was looking for low carb breads and a couple of brands have come recommended here. Julian and P28 low carb high protein breads.

Hey Guys,
I have been MIA and I appologize, It has been crazy busy and stressful for me. I have still been logging my intake everyday on MFP. It is nice to see my protein numbers and know that I have reached my daily goals. My weight has not moved much. I am 9 months and I've lost 136lbs. Seems like I should be content but I still have another 100lbs to go. It sucks, but I am staying strong and still keeping my carbs on check!... I will try my best to keep posting everyday. The holiday's might be rough since I won't have access to a computer everyday though.
