flip a coin - low iron or low protein more of a problem ?

Just curious, you don't mention ever trying proferrin?

 I ordered some, it has not arrived yet, but I am on 2 Poly iron which is polysaccharide - 150 mg element (this is covered on my insurance) and  I have also started on Ferretts which is ferrous fumerate at 106 mg elemental a dose. I am only taking one of the Ferretts so far in the evening to make sure I tolerate it. I want to add a second one this next week if all stays calm. I also just had labs done again, and I am awaiting the results... slow here !
