calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done

evening batch: almost done

EXERCITES:
2  - 15 minute walks

Hi Gina and everyone,
How was your support meeting, Gina?
Not that I'm complaining, but my clothes are starting to hang on me. This is a good thing, I think......I can't go smaller in pants because of my hernia.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
S: Adkins Cranberry almond bar
L: tomato basil soup (10 carbs), cheese
S: mixed nuts
D: 1 chicken strip, 1 waffle fry.....waiting to see if it settles
S: ?????

F: on track
E: working walking plus an extra mile

Got my labslip for my 1 year blood letting. I need to come up with a day to have it done.

The support group was boring....but dinner with 3 other DSrs was good.

Better get you some more safety pins. When are you thinking to get the hernia taken care of?

I'm not sure. I really want to have the TT at the same time....one anesthesia, one recovery......but DH isn't on board with the cost and, with a new job,i won't have the two weeks to take off for quite awhile.

LOL..I have lots of safety pins.

Hi Gina.

BITES:
B - leftover Chicken Cordon Blue.  Forgot my protein shake, drats!
L- Chicken thigh satay skewers, 2 Shrimp & Pork rice paper rolls with most of the noodles removed, guts of Vietnamese pork sandwich.  (eaten over several hours.)
S- Reese's PB cup
D- Buffalo wings, Blue Cheese & pint of Celebration Ale
Before bed - Double protein shake.

VITES:  Another opposite day- I've taken evening & nightime doses, noon &  morning batches,  proferrin pending.

Gina - You might want to check you local Dollar Store to see if you can find these:
Perfect Fit Button Deluxe (Set of 8)
I found theme at the Dollar Tree a few months ago and bought multiple packages.  Most people probably use them to make their pants bigger, but smaller works too!

Good Bites. I use those buttons too. I have to use them as a waist extender because I'm built square (post-DS-built-like-a-boy shape). If I get pants to fit in the butt and legs the waist is too small. {sigh}

Had a bad eating day today:

Bites:
Half a tamale
5 little cheddar smokies
1/2 protein shake
1 shrimp

That is all. It. I tried to eat a protein bar, gagged and spit it out. 

I did get in all my fluids and all my vites in.

I wasn't nauseous or anything, just no appetite. I'm gonna go shove some cheese in and head to bed.

Don't beat yourself up about food. It's totally over rated. lol  Keep doing what you can comfortably do as long as it's protein and fluids. Time will take care of the rest.
