Thanks Julie,

I just figured with this being my second surgery and the size I was... At 200 pounds I will be around a size 10/12 that is small for my frame. I got an elliptical for christmas so I will be starting my program soon.

Thanks for all of your help throughout the year.

Sophia -
You WILL get there! Just think - you've almost hit the century mark in 12 short months!
I have no doubt that you will reach all of your goals and may even see Onderland before your next Surgeriversary. That is, if under 200 isn't too thin - you probably have really dense bones and lots of muscle mass from carrying around your weight all those years. (most of us do.)
Great job!

I think 200 is a good weight for me. As long as I carried that weight I should be a body builder :) LOL....

Thanks

Thanks!!! I haven't been a size 16 since I was 12 years old. My brain still hasn't caught up to everything yet but Its coming.

It will catch up in time... but I found it did take about a year or so, everyone is a little different with that. I found it helps to purge of everything that was too big, although I kept one pair of shorts and one shirt from my heaviest as a comparison.
