I know I'm late, but I took a Xanax pill last night and it pretty mu*****apacitated me.
I'm going on memory since I didn't write anything down yesterday.
mulit egg omlet with sauteed onions, american and cheddar cheese
small bowl of spaghetti pasta with a couple nuggets of chicken breast
Lots of coffee w/half and haf
Bowl of homemade chili
5-6 mini pretzels
No vites
No exercise.

I'm glad you got some rest. Bites look pretty good. Have a shake on these light days if you can make yourself. I do understand how you must hate them though.

No, I don't hate them really and I would have had one yesterday, but I don't have any milk and not enough half and half to make them with so I just didn't have it. I really miss my Jay Robb Vanilla egg white protein though, but it's too expensive to get it just now. I was using it for my morning protein coffee. Can't seem to like much else in my coffee.
I'll get out this Saturday and get some milk and half and half so I can have a protein drink. Mostly, I'm just not hungry.
