BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - baby carrots w/dip
S - Holiday buffet   I don't want to talk about it but there was this chocolate fountain, you see, with pretty fruit and stuff on long sticks all around it.....
D - baked fish, some leftover jambalaya (no pasta) and coleslaw
S - protein shake (30g)

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending

EXERCITES:
1  - 15 minute walk

Hi guys,

B - bacon, eggs and a slice of julians bread with butter, coffee with HC
L - leftover chilli with sour cream and shredded cheese
S - Fage yoghurt with splenda and strawberries
D - chicken breasts cooked in crockpot with a dijon sauce, broccoli and some wholegrain orzo with butter
S - will be a cup of coffee and a slice of low carb cheesecake

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

What?!? You mean you ate something off of your daily schedule?

It is actually somewhat comforting to know that old pros such as yourself have off days too.  The wonderful thing about the DS is that we can have splurges from time to time!   And by 'old pro' I mean a DS veteran, not that you are more than 29 years young.

I'm having one of those days where I feel like stress eating.  I think I'm going to get a pair of blinders to wear around the office - Christmas is worse than Halloween for tempting treats!

BITES: (DS stall from hell.  Or maybe I'm done.  Who knows.)
B - Double protein shake and tea
L - 1/2 shredded beef, bean & cheese burrito less part of the tortilla.  Also about a cup of chicken caesar salad with the soggy croutons picked out.
S - Adkins PB cookie, 2 Amber Lyn sugar free dark chocolate squares, 1 dark Hershey kiss.
D- Pork chop and mushrooms cooked in crockpot with Caesar dressing and cream cheese, over small bit of Dreamfield's pasta. 
S (if I still want to eat later)  leftover ribeye steak (2-3 oz), couple of potato skins with extra cheddar.
Protein approximately 169, net carbs around 55.

VITES:  bedtime done, double dose of oil based Calcium & D & 2 multis.(had these in my desk at work.)   I forgot my pill daily organizer at home today so I'll be playing catch-up later.
FLUIDS - good
EXERCITES: short walk.

Hi everyone. I love seeing your food intake. It's really encouraging for me as a newbie. :)

Bites:
Protein Coffee 
7 cheddar little smokies (took 3 hours to eat them, wasn't at once)
the ensides of a pork tamale with ketchup
4 water crackers with 1.5oz peppermint cream cheese
2 slices colby jack cheese
(pending) venison backstrap coated in crushed pork rinds and spices, fried in butter

Vites:
all in but the bedtime ones, and they'll be in too

Fluids: only 4oz to go to be done for the day

was in a meeting from 10 - 5 today. had our holiday luncheon.  not able to make my afternoon protein coffee and missed a batch of  vites.  it's a damn conspiracy i tell you.  lol

protein coffee
9 slices turkey bacon
shredded beef & melted provolone cheese w/hot pepper rings
chips
2 deviled egg halves
small piece of carrot cake
3 spoonfuls of apple crisp
artichoke dip w/ chips
peanuts on the ride home
scrambled egg
1 slice spam
1 slice raisin toast
4 tater tots
protein decaf coffee

vites:  missed batch  grrrrrrr
fluids:  did good considering.  80+ oz
