iron, what foods to take with it and PPI...
I take regular iron in the mid to late afternoon. I need to start taking a clementine in with me to have with it. I did that all last winter. Other things I have with iron is carrots, ham, peanuts or pistachios.

thanks gina, i like the idea of nuts. Those would be easy and i could keep them in my room without worrying about bugs! i told hubs i need a mini fridge in the bedroom:) haha
