I'm kinda blown away by Dianas memory. Thank goodness she chooses to stay around here.
My memory is not so good, so I don't even remotely names, but I do recall someone talking about something similar that happened with an earlier type of WLS, and I'm pretty sure it was the JIB.
It wasn't actually RA, but something similar. You might want to google that with "JIB" and see what you get. I thought that was one of the reasons (among many others) that the JIB is no longer done.
