My car stinks

Febreze the upholstery and the spray well inside with Ozium. Let it sit for a couple hours that way, then open all the doors and air it out.

I did have a 3" memory foam mattress topper that I had to get rid of, it also remembered smells!!

Nothing I tried would get the smell out!

 Insense really helps too!  If you can figure out how to safely burn some in your car, perhaps put some in a large deep bowl.  Something about it is very cleansing for smells.  I would roll up all the windows and let the smoke steep in your car over night.  Repeat if needed...

This made me laugh...when bf and I first got together I had a particularly gassy day due to some krispy Kreme issues and drove home in my truck...bf met me at the house and the tooting all the way hom had NOT been alleviated by having windows open as I had thought.....he wrinkled his nose and asked what THAT smell was....needless to say...one of the Yorkies got the blame...now we live together he knows and thinks it is funny.

For the smell, try a bowl of ho****er with some bicarb spinkled in it and some lemon juice, put the bowl on the floor of the car and roll up windows and leave overnight.
Febreeze now make an extra strength spray, supposed to be for sports wear i think......
Try steam cleaning cloth seats.....
One of those arm & hammer fridge deoderisers.......
Ozium works like a charm for me, in the auto aisle at walmart

How about you stop farting in the car?   My car doesn't stink 3+ years post op and it never has.

Yankee Candle Car, Home & Travel Spray!!  OMG the best spray I have ever used in my car and when I travel!  I LOVE them!  And they work great!  No more DS smells in my car!!!! 

Try some Ozium, along with airing it out, and then do as Tom suggests. If you "just gotta", then it's going to smell in there, it's as simple as that.
