Link to Vitalady Vitamin Schedule

Well tomorrow is my 1 month surgiversary so I am going to attempt to start my vites.  I have them all and I have the organizer but damned if I can't find the schedule that I swear I printed.  I went to her website and can't find it there either......I called and the office gal is emailing me a link (although it still ain't here...lol)  ....but I wanted to see if ya'll could direct me back to it.
