6 MONTH UPDATE!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone!!

So it's been six months since i have regained control of my life with the help of the DS and all you wonderful people! I'm happy to report I have lost a total of 95 LBS. so far! HOLYYYYYYY COW!!!! I never in my life imagined this could happen and so easily! I'm eating right lots of protein, carbs sparingly. My blood work has been good thus far, except for Potassium, but i'm working on that! I can't figure out how to post pics but when I do I will do some Picture Whoring!! LOL

If any newbies have any questions i'm so happy to talk about my experiences just message me!
