thought i was the only nut job who put hot peppers and jalapenos in my tuna.  dig it!

Oh no ...I love it! I keep a jar of them at my desk, endless supply of tuna, mayo in the fridge, that way I always have a standby protein snack or lunch.
I love these crackers that are in the Hispanic aisle called Dux, whole wheat. They are about 1.40 cents for a pack of 8 individually wrapped ones. I eat about 6 our of 9 of them and give the rest to my lunch buddy everyday.

I love pickled jalapenos on my scrambled eggs too, yumm :)

Thanks Gina, you inspire me to keep up the good work with your menus.

6 slices of taylor's ham
cashews
spiced shrimp
black beans w/ a little rice thrown in
double protein decaf coffee
pumpkin pie (no crust)
came home to find hubs fixing dinner - love it!
corned beef hash
2 fried eggs
1/2 slices of toast w/butter

planned another protein coffee b/4 bed

vites:  right on schedule
fluids:  70+ oz by bedtime

Hi Gina and everyone,
Pick up my IPad this afternoon. Whew!! I was having withdrawals.
Feeling fat today although the scale is the same. My hernia makes me feel...and look.....pregnant. Ugh.

B: bacon, double protein shake
