Vitamin Questions

Well got my labs in.

K was .09 - low.  What vitamin K do you take
Zinc was low also (don't remember that number).  What Zinc do you take.

Have to go see a Hematologist.  Hemotcrit was low stated I am anemic, but the Iron, Iron saturation, and Iron TIBC where above mid range toward higher end.  PCP said I could probably take another pill a day and it wouldn't hurt but would rather the Hematologist tell me that, then to go on what he assumes.

D 25 was 33, D 1 - 25 was 50 which since it has been a year from the shot, I received 11/7/10, I expected it to have fallen, I believe next year I will have it done the month before it is do to wear off.  Try to ward of the number falling.

Comments, concerns, issues.

Everything from Vitalady including K1, K2 and zinc. How much iron and what kind are you taking now?

I take the Heme Iron from vitalady, add been taking the ferrous fumarate.  Points wise there is no change in changing from the FF to the Heme, but the Heme seems to help my stomach better.

I will check on the K, doc said he would call me a prescription in but I knew vitalady would probably have better options for me.
