 Where do you get your protein coffee?

I make mine using IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinnamon protein powder, 1/2 & 1/2 and brewed coffee.

Protein Coffee

1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, water, or milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of IDS Vanilla-Cinnamon protein powder (Champion Nutrition Chocolate, Nectar Cappuccino or chocolate, etc.)
{shake} until blended
pour into large mug
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
{stir}

Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.

Hi Gina and everyone,
I woke up with a slight cold and have felt distracted all day. Saw the opthalmologist late this afternoon and am scheduled for an eyelid lift in late January. It'll be submitted to insurance, but he does forsee any problem. Anyway, just walked in the door and his office called letting me wI left my IPad there. OMG!!

I continue to be amazed on how differntly I feel I am treated now that I'm a relative normal weight.

B: Bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
S: almonds
L: cottage cheese, small salad topped with cheese and bacon, cheddar cheese
S: Afkins mudslide bar (yum)
D: Brok's pizza
S: ???

Vites: all but last batch
Fluids: on track
Exercites: just the normal stuff

Sounds like a pretty good day in spite of the cold.  Does the mudslide bar have sugar alcohols. I just might want to try that.

 I like the mudslide bars - and they have been my protein bar this week.   I am VERY sensitive to sugar alcohols and no problem with them.

Unfortunately, yes. They don't bother me though. I try to limit it to getting through work.

L         Kielbasa, artichoke/cheese dip, veggies
S         Mixed nuts
D         4 oz smothered pork chop, a few endemame beans, salad

I know I'm not done - probably some yogurt and a small square of dark chocolate
