CAUTION for self pay

Just adding my 2 cents on the topic.  A few things I had to pay for extra, that I didn't count on, was the pathology testing of my gall bladder and apparently the remanants of my stomach that was removed.  I have also had some push back on some of my labs from my insurance company denying them because of my uncovered WLS.  This is something I will fight as most of my labs are part of my normal annual labs.

I hope you can get everything recoded to get coverage but i will tell you i have decent insurance that covered my DS and with my very thorough Dr i still paid out over $5000 in deductibles. Only positive to that was i met all my deductibles so i didnt have to pay anything else:)

I have had a few things come back coded wrong and it is work to get them to change it but dont give up, just keep calling!!!:)
