Hi Gals,
   Day 21 of my mom being in the hospital, I am getting extremely creative in the cafeteria

S- Coffee with heavy cream
B-Sl. ww toast, 1 egg scrambled, 2 pc bacon,
S- protein drink
L- 4 chicken breast hunks,( very dense) dipped in Mayo..
S- Almonds
S-string cheese
D- this is where I get creative, Ordered grilled cheese on whole wheat, with extra cheese, and a hamburger pattie.. YUMMM, loaded that baby with mayo and mustard!
s- protein drink when I get home from hospital... I have been here for 15 hrs...

Exer: stairs :)

B-double protein coffee (tried a new recipe made with click, vanilla whey, chilled coffee, cream and milk..was quite good)
B2-Greek yogurt, pineapple
L-tuna salad w/ 4 ww crackers
S- 1 piece banana walnut protein microwave cake
S-raw walnuts
D-2 hotdogs w/ spicy chowchow and mustard w/ velveeta melted on
S- small bowl fruit loops

This menu sounds like I was pregnant and I can assure you I am not. Not shabby till I ate that bowl of late night crappy carb O's out of complete desire for comfort.
