299 this AM!!! I havent been under 300lbs since my wedding 6 yrs ago when i crash dieted on appetite suppressants and the gym. Just for getting me to the twos im in "strong like" with my DS;)!!! (i feel we are to new in our relationship to use the L word just yet:)

18days out, who woulda thunk it!!!

PS i know getting to the 200's is called twooterville or something ridiculous like that but it  sounds like something my kindergartners at work would say, so i refuse to use it.

Thank to everyone on the board. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Oh the "L" word is coming!  We have struggled our whole lives and this in comparision is soooooo much easier.  Just follow a few simple rules and the weight falls off!  And it gets easier the longer out you are.  Its nice not have to spend your life focused on your weight, it leaves much more time for the important things in life.

Congratulations!  You deserve it.

Don't get too comfortable getting into the 200's you won't be there long (perhaps the only time you've heard that and realsied it means the scale will continue to go down not up).

Well done! Drink, move, poop.

RIP Mickie aka Happychick.  You will be missed deeply.
