worked on holiday party invites today.  all handmade.  they came out great looking.

double protein coffee
2 scrambled eggs w/ lots of ham
few home fries
1/2 mini ww bagel
3 slices taylors ham
sm piece of coffee cake
pistachios
went to chili's for dinner:
shrimp tacos (surprised -they really where very good - did not eat the flour tortilla)
black beans
little bit of rice
4 hershey's mint kisses
will have a double protein coffee b/4 bed

vites: all on schedule
fluids:  80+ oz by bedtime

Hi All,

BITES:
B -Protein Coffee
S - Protein Shake and small bananas
L - Chicken Enchilada (leftovers)
S - Fage Yogurt w/SF cherry pie filling
D - Popcorn w/added butter

VITES:  Done
WATER:  Not so good.  MUST drink more tomorrow, I get leg cramps at night if I don't get enough.
EXERCITES:  NONE
  I feel like I'm in a dream.

More protein. You're aiming for 100 grams a day, right?

If you want potassium, try supplements. My RD is following my labs and helping me tweak my potassium. I'm taking 4 over-the-counter 99mg supplements in the morning and evening. Also, magnesium citrate could help with leg cramps as well as the potassium.
