Care of sublingual vites
I haven't had any trouble with the ones I use and sort out by the week. Good question for those that sort for the month. I would think you'd want to put a drying packet in the ones that are for that 4th week as a precaution.

Which of your vites are sublingual, Gail? I think my folic acid and maybe my B12 would fall apart if I didn't keep them super dry.

A side note on the sublinguals:
I had my first post op dentist appt a cpl weeks ago (5 months out). Everything looked fine, but the hygenist said there was a film of yellow/orange on the inside of my lower teeth. I was stumped as to why, and then it hit me while sitting there with my mouth open and her scraping away. My sublinguals! She said that was probably it, and that the discoloration came off easily.
Now it could be that I just don't get the toothbrush down there at the gum line very well, but just a warning to you all!

hmmm... interesting, Lisa. Does this sublinqual pill have a color to it? The reason I ask is because I take one at bedtime that is clear and contains no sugar. I had ask the pharmacist if it would harm my teeth and she said no. It takes about a half an hour to completely dissolve so by that time I've fallen asleep. Lately I have been adding a sublinqual D under my tongue at the same time. No color to it either.....
