Learned something intersting on VSG board

Ideal body weight = 135 lbs
Ideal body weight in kg = 135/2.2 = 61.4 ish kg
61.4 x 1.2 (I've been malnourished before & I ain't goin' back!) = 73.6g protein
73.6 / .6 (malabsorbing 40% of protein per DSFacts.com) = 122 g

According to this formula, I need about 122g of protein per day.  

My goal for myself has been 120g of protein minimally per day because that's the level that gives me the most energy and makes me feel the strongest.  I try to get in 150g when I can.
