B -  2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
D - NC BBQ sandwich w/coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
2- 15 minute walks

Happy almost Turkey day.

BITES:
B- Double protein shake, Adkins granola bar (that gave me the worst gas! YIKES) (67 protein)
L - Panda Express Thai Cashew chicken, couple of bites of mushroom chicken & chow mein (26 protein)
S - serving salted cashews and half an Amber Lyn SF dark choclate bar. (6 protein)
D - Shrimp & artichoke soup, piece of Julian bread with butter, white wine, 2 babybel cheese (42 protein)
Bedtime (planned) - another double protein shake in almond milk (50 protein)
   Totals - protein around 190, carbs (even with 2 glasses wine) around 70.

VITES:  evening batch and proferrin pending; others done.
FLUIDS:  64+ of water & tea so far
EXERCITES:  shopping for last minute items for tomorrow - it can be a full contact sport.

There are some Atkins peanut butter granola bars that don't have sugar alcohols. The manager at VitaminShoppe went right to them and said to try them. There's a plain and chocolate covered.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Guess everyones's traveling or cooking.
My work day was much better and I'm really looking forward to the long weekend.
BTW, the papaya enzymes didn't work.
I was hungry today

B: bacon, double protein shake

L: cottage cheese, olives, 2 watermelon cubes
S: salami, cheese, olives
D: single scoop shake, bacon
S: ???

V: one batch left
F: on track
E: this was a 3 mile walking day

I still think the nausea patch might help.   Sorry the enzymes didn't work but you know it isn't the way you're processing food...it does sound like a damaged vegus nerve or something. :(
