? on Magnesium Citrate

 Hi,

The mag citrate 250 mg from vitalady is what I have been taking.

I placed an order the other day, just got it today and it seems I may have ordered the wrong ones.  I guess I ordered the Tender Mag Citrate 500mg.

Forgive me as my brain is not funtioning, LOL....But is it ok to take or do I need to order the ones I have been taking.

And if ok to take, I guess I just take one since it is 500mg.

It won't hurt you unless your magnesium is high, which I have never heard of happening..

I take mag citrate in a 2:1 ratio with my calcium. So every time I take 500mgs calcium I take 250 mgs of mag citrate.

 I sometimes end up with different doses of mag citrate too, and like MH, I just make sure I'm taking it at roughly 50% of what I take in calcium. So with the bigger mag cits, I'd take 1000 mg of calcium, or I'd break the pill in half (that's what I'm doing now) and take half of the 500 mg mag cit with each 500-600 mg of calcium citrate.
