Some questions from a newbie

Well, I have a seminar/consult scheduled with Dr. Ikramuddin, so I'm excited!  I'm going to print off the list of questions from dsfacts.com to ask but I've heard his name around a lot in my local support groups, and I hear nothing but good things *crossing my fingers*

Sorry so late chiming in but I have been on vacation.  I actually read a paper somewhere (gosh i wish I bookmarked it..maybe Id id, i will look for it) where it used this exact same wording, it was a techical pape for docs related to reccomending WLS to their patients. And in the paper it said the DS should be the first line procedure reccomended  for patients with a BMI greater than 50.
