sock it to me !
Hey Folks - I have not posted in forever and have gained weight this past year - so sock it to me !! I need to drop 15 to be back to where I was. I have been drinking more skinny lattes and coffee then I should and of course CARBS. Also need to get back to protein bars and shakes. Just let me have it ! and get me back to me. !
I have been healthy - excpet went through a month of antibiotics finished a week ago so the gut is not happy. Doing greek yogurt and a 250 fish zole every 3rd day or so. Havnt had antibiotics for 3 years.
You ALL amaze me and am so inspired ! KUDOS to you all !! YOU Are my inspiration !

Hey! Back on the straight and narrow with you. Your DS won't let you down. Try to ease off the zole as soon as you can and switch to Primal Defense Ultra or whatever probiotic works for you. Low carb and bring the numbers back down.

One thing that always helps me when I want to lose weight, is to tell myself what I MUST eat instead of what I can't. Therefore: Must have a shake 20 minutes before breakfast invariably means I won't want the waffles by the time it's time for breakfast. Must have a protein bar... same goes. I add these to my diet instead of subtracting. I'm almost at goal (8-15 pounds away depending on the day) and I'm a month from my one year anniversary.
I let myself eat whatever I want to, but when my weight loss slows I tell myself what I *must* eat first. Then I start losing again.
