 today was a crazy eating day.  i was 45 miles away from home working at another location.

double protein coffee
6 slices of peppered ham lunch meat
cashews
lebanon bologna sandwiched on 1/2 deli flat, pickle, mayo, 1/2 slice of swiss
mini carrots
chips
double protein decaf coffee
jelly donut
green beans
eggplant parm (home made - 1st time for eggplant since wls.  unfortunately, like beets i lost my taste for eggplant)
deviled egg
1 mallo cup
boat load of pistachios
double protein decaf coffee

vites:  missed afternoon batch
fluids:  80+ oz
