Gail- I can't begin to tell you how great I feel! I just spent from 8 am to 5 pm running around on the go, and it didn't tire me out!

Seeing the pictures like that makes me realize how much weight I've really lost. Even if the number on the scale isn't what I wanted it to be at 1 year out. So, my goal is now set to lose the last of it by 18 months!
