Hubby informs me that our debit/credit card number was compromised, but thankfully the credit union caught the transactions before they could be completed. He had to get a new card (new number) which won't be avail until tomorrow afternoon. Lovely, huh?

As for me, well I'm not complaining but I have not been very hungry the last couple of days. A good thing though after feeling like I could just eat my way out of house and home. I think I may have to add a protein drink to the day though if this continues. I would not mind it continuing for a while since I would like to lose another 20 pounds. LOL.  I will say this. I like the fact that I'm not having to go to the bathroom 12 times a day though!

BITES:
Multiple Coffees w/half and half and cream
 throughout the day
4 egg omlet with sausage, cheese and onions
4 celery sticks 2 with peanut butter, 2 with cream cheese
About 6 ounces of fried breadcrumb breaded chicken breast, a spoonful of scalloped potatoes and a spoonful of corn.
Pending...maybe something more later, but I'm not sure at this point.

VITES:
Morning - Done
Iron - Done
Calcium batches - done

EXERCITES:
2 hour nap on the sofa
Laundry

The debit card thing happened to me too a couple of years ago. Thank goodness the bank stopped all charges on it when they first spotted it.

Glad you're eating less and feeling better. It's a good thing, we don't have to eat non stop just because we can.

Hi Ladies,
Another day between hospital and home..
S- Protein drink
B- 1/2 sausagemcmuffin with egg, 1/2 hash brown, small coffee
S- handfull of almonds
L- Zombie pastrami sandwich ((no bun))
S- String cheese
D- 2Grilled chicken leg from elpollo loco ( on way back to hospital)
S- Protein drink before bed

Vites: All in but last dose
Fluids: all in
Exer: nope :(

Hi Guys, pretty good day food wise until the bean,cheese rice burrito issue!!

B - 7 strips bacon, 1 boiled egg, coffee wih HC
L - l flat out wrap with turkey, cheese, pepperoni and may, large iced coffee with HC
S - diet coke and cheesy bean burrito from taco bell (I know, I know)
D - leftover chicken and rice wth more cheese added
s - fluff and sf jello

30 minute walk with the dogs around the lake

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

hi - major mom (gina) will most likely share her protein coffee recipe.  in the meantime, here's mine:
coffee in a 16oz mug
pour in your favorite cream, 1/2 n 1/2, milk, creamer, etc
dump 1 1/2 scoops of protein powder.
stir very well. 
i use a mix of chocolate and vanilla from champion pure whey stack. i find it doesn't clump like some protein powders.
i've done this 3x a day for over 2 years.

Here's how I make mine.

Protein Coffee

1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, water, or milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of IDS Vanilla-Cinnamon protein powder (Champion Nutrition Chocolate, IDS Cappuccino, Nectar Cappuccino, etc.)
{shake} until blended
Pour into a large mug
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
{stir}

Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.
