I can apply again, but I have to have something change in order to ask for the same procedure (removal and revision to DS). I guess I'll *hope* for something more to be wrong with me. Isn't that twisted?

The doc doesn't matter, and I have already proven medical necessity and compliance. Now, I just have to prove the band is broken- and accroding to Allergan's and the DMHC's criteria, it isn't. My complications are physiological and go away when the band is deflated. No reason to take it out, right? It's not hurting anything in there...YET! Grrrr. Thanks for chiming in. I'm taking all suggestions!
