Hi Guys, after falling over this morning, I spent the afternoon with my leg elevated and iced, eating rubbish and watching a box set of sex in the city!

B - 5 slices thick cut bacon, boiled egg, coffee with HC
L - leftover chicken and rice casserole, diet coke
S - cheese and crackers with curried fruit chutney
S - pepperoni slices, pork rinds and queso
D - leftover meat heavy spaghetti sauce over dreamfields and a ton of shredded cheese
S - will probably be more pork rinds and queso and a painkiller combo!!

have a good evening everyone!!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

Where is the so called rubbish in today's bites?  I thought we needed pepperoni, pork rinds, and queso to get our daily allowance of Vitamin F.  (fat)

L-4 more slices bacon, 1 slice toast, turkey meat, other half tomato, mayo
S-greek yogurt with peaches
D-pork roast, italian salad, green beans, few bites corn niblets, bite of au graten potatoes
S-probably be ice cream cos im cravin it, but may be smart and have greek yogurt and pineapple chunks

12 hour TPN

Doc said numbers are up enough to finish my bags delivered and get my picc pulled. Should be, I am eating for two! The numbers aren't normal yet, but apparently good enough.

Why are you on TPN when you had your surgery a few years ago? Was it because your labs were off? Is it an IV you hook up yourself?

Hi Gina and everyone,
Not a good day carb-wise. Spent most of the day in an orientation class with tons of carbs.
Still waiting to hear from Dr. K......

L: 1/4 turkey sandwich with tomato on WW bread (discarded all but 1/4 slice), potato chips , few bites of pumpkin pie .
S: almonds
D: steak, sauteed mushrooms and onions, CS fudge bar
