Hi everyone,

I just wanted to post my most recent labs and see what you thought.

Hopefully I did the spreadsheet correct and posted ot here properly.  LOL

Thanks,

Rhonda

You'll need to allow people to view this doc.

 Hi,'
Thanks and sorry.  Thought I had it right.

How do I do that?  When I hit the link it goes right to it, so not exactly sure what to do.

hhmm....K, think I figured it out.  I went to the spreadsheet, then to share button and marked the one that said anyone with the link can view.

Hopefully I did it right...

If not please let me know...LOL

Thanks again,

Rhonda

These look good! I think you can cut back the B12 to 5 days a week if you're taking it 7 days a week now.

Your liver enzymes (AST and ALT) look great.

Protein and albumin are awesome.

I think you'll find your B vites going a little high next time so you might want to make sure you get B1, B6 and B9 checked. I found that I have to supplement B1 daily but the others only need 1 B-complex once a week.

Keep doing everything else the same. Rock on!

All your labs are purdy!  If the next set shows your D creeping down (and only IF), add another every other day to your current regime. That seemed to work great for me.

Keep up the great work!
