As for the carbs - no I usually try to stay lower but I'm PMSing right now.
I figured the carbs from the cinnamon bun bite, Thai leftovers, and soup at lunch are better than doing what I really want - which is to inhale a giant can of pringles and then eat a few 100 Thousand bars.
For dinner I'm planning on having both Julian bread slathered in butter and mashed califlower. I may not eat both but want to overestimate my carbs rather than underestimate them. I use myfitnesspal.com to calculate my numbers.
Those darn carbs are sneaky - they creep in everywhere!
HW - 283 SW - 257.5 Goal - 156

Another day at the hospital. She got two units of blood last night so she had a really good day. Painwise and second opinion podiatrist said no amputation of foot only affected toes.
S- Coffee with sf pumpkin pie syrup Yumm
B- 1/2 egg sandwich -1 sl. ww toast, 1 fried egg, cheese slice and another cup of coffee
S- Protein drink
L-el pollo loco Grilled chicken salad, with creamy cilantro dressing
S- string cheese,2 soft boiled eggs
D- Burrito ( low carb wrap, ground turkey taco meat, cheese lettuce, beans)
S- protein drink
Vites: all in but bedtime dose
Fluids: did well today
Exer :( Took stairs at hospital all day, only 2 floors, but better than elevator)

I spent most of the day sewing. I found a DIY dress online and decided to make a prototype for my daughter. I used a sweater in my closet since she didn't have a tank top and attached it to some elastic and fabric I had. Total cost $0.
Here is the finished product:
BITES:
Coffee, half and half throughout the day
4 egg omlet with cheese, onions and sausage
2 slices of white bread with peanut butter
A handful and a half of bitter sweet choc chips with some almonds and walnuts
A small cheeseburger (no bun), caramalized onions, 2 eggs
and a bunch of twice fried french fries
Vite:
Morning batch - done
Iron - Done
Calcium - 1 out of 3 batches done. Two more pending that I doubt I'll get through.
S-6oz greek yogurt
L-crab salad
S-bbq corn chips, 2oz
D-1/2 ham/cheese/bacon sandwich
S-few bites homemade german choc cake (my late father's 65th Bday celebration)
12 hr TPN
Ugh...I feel not so good this morning, been in the restroom since early, over n over...I am thinkin I had too much fat in my diet yesterday on top of having lipid TPN. I usually have leaner bites, but was craving fats. Had blood drawn yesterday evening and a dressing change. Missed a call from Dr H and wcb today to see what next. I am crossing my fingers and hoping that 8 days of TPN done the trick. As soon as this line is out, protein shakes are back in to replace it.

L - low carb wrap with turkey, pepperoni, cheese and ranch mayo, diet coke (30g)
S - fage yoghurt with splenda and sf jello (18g)
S - pepperoni chips with nacho cheese dip (15g)
D - lite beer, homemade chicken and rice casserole, green beans cooked with bacon and small pice apple pie and carb smart ice cream(20g)
s - Another fage yoghurt (18g)
Going to get a nice long walk in with the yorkies tomorrow, packing myself a lunch and taking them down to the lake for a walk and an hour reading my Kindle in the sunshine!!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
