FINALLY!  FINALLY Aunt Flo has visited replete with all her baggage and cramps, but at least in a few days I will not feel like a bloated cow!

Bites:
B - Eggs over easy with one english muffin and butter
S - 1 cup (unpopped) popcorn (which makes a really huge bowl of popped popcorn) with lots of butter
S - 3 oz of leftover chicken breast w/alfredo sauce
D - 1/2 of a cornish game hen
S - (Pending) ham and cheese lettuce wrap

All day, coffee with half and half

Vites:
Morning - Done
Iron - Done
Calcium - Done

Exercise:
Grocery shopping at 3 different stores (to get the best deals!)
Putting it all away
Lugging it to/from car.

Glad aunt flo finally showed up for you. Wish she would hurry and make an appearence here so my bloated, MEAN cow feeling will pass. Scale was evil to me this morning and made for craptastic mood and day.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Had coffee with friends this morning then DD and I went to Whole Foods. Have an appointment with a PS Monday and the upper GI on Tuesday. Too many things coming up.

B: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
S: 2 or 3 bites of cheese samples, 1 olive
L: shrimp ****tail and CS fudge bar ....then Whoops, so not counting the protein.
D: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
S: plan another protein shake

V: done.
F: on track.
E: long nap after my Whoops moment. We're supposed to go to a dance tonight.......

Guess I really haven't had much to eat today.

Hi Gina and Ladies,
Another day at hospital with my mama. She had a better day today thank God!
S-coffee with cream, oh yeah protein wafer bar.
B- Protein drink
S- handful of almonds
L- Zombie Chicken Club Sandwich, and crystal light
S-coffee protein drinka
D- wendys chili, guts out of chicken sandwich
S- Going back to hospital, with a purse full of nuts and beef jerky

VItes: all in but last dose
Fluids: need more water

I ate stuff yesterday that I haven't eaten since before my DS and don't plan to again...in the same day at least.

Brunch-egg/sausage on top of biscuit
S-Felafel's? few bites...didn't care for it...
D-1/2 serving lasagna, 1.5 bread sticks, salad
S-1 choc glazed dough nuts

Now...let's pause a second and look at this. I don't generally even attempt pasta, and my "sweets" I decide on aren't bready...and if I eat bread, it's the only carb of the meal. So all this together on the same day...WOW.

The day was suppose to be a nice grilled, wholesome meal at this cool, local Mediterranean cafe that was featured on triple D. We got in right as they were closing from 3-5 for lunch, menu was limited. I decided that if I was going to pay 20 bucks for a meal, I wanted the freakin awesome lamb, tabbouleh and salad... I had came for! So we left after appetizers.

It went downhill from there. The only other thing I could think of I had been wanting to eat was Mexican or Italian. I initially chose something called baked chicken mushroom Alfredo stuff with WW pasta. I sent it back...ugh, was awful. So I chose lasagna as the replacement since everything else was meatball this or that. It went down REALLY good. I enjoyed that meal.

Then I had the KK, not bad at all. Feeling a bit icky..not too bad. Then I warmed up my leftovers later.
Sigh...
2 bites in and that's all she wrote. I spent a few hours fighting the nausea till I had to let it go. Then, spent the rest of the night gassy, bloated, SICK....and hooked up to TPN., in and out of the restroom.
Yup...this is why I stick to a good diet. Not just my health, my weight, but my overall well being. I do not ever want to spend another moment being sick because of my food. It's insane and I do not know how others who get this surgery can handle it.

I hear you. I can't take being that miserable because I want something I know will mess me up. Once in awhile and only a few bites is fine but if someone is overdoing it all the time, then something is wrong.
