I used this And gained 6 lbs. Now, I do have edema and am retaining LOTS of fluid. Will this powder suffice as a good DS friendly protein supplement?

Thanks in advance!

I don't see the label info at your link, but think it's identical to the jug I have here, which is OK. I look for the highest protein, to lowest carb ratio I can find, and that one is pretty good. Sometimes the ones designed for weight lifters have too many carbs, but this one has over 50 gr protein, for 7 gr carb for 2 scoops.

Thank you for your reply. I thought that this powder was the reason I gained.
