Hi Gina and everyone,

Sorry. Just whining.

S: double protein shake
L: 1/4 c minestrone soup, cheese
S: Adkins coconut bar
D: bacon,double protein shake
S. ?????

Vites: one batch left
Fluids: on target

Well, I have had such cramps today I've pretty much been sucking down Advil and coffee and sleeping a lot. Sat outside today in the warm weather for a while though.

BITES:
Coffee with half and half. Pretty much several times a day through out the day
Chicken salad with diced apples, celery, onion eaten with lettuce. WOW! So making this again.
Multi egg omlet with cheese, sausage and onions
4 crispy chicken skins (I roasted off chicken quarters and deboned the chicken for other things. )
1 chicken leg
Bowl of dark meat chicken with baschmel gravy
handful of walnuts and bittersweet choc chips

VITE:
Iron - Done
Morning batch - Done
Calcium, copper, magnesium, vit c:: Batches 1 and 2 done, batch 3 pending.

No exercise. I'm so lame. I did take a two hour nap though.

After my surgery in Dec. last year I didn't get my period for 4 months. Then I had a period, but it was really light and then nothing for another 2 months. Truthfully at 51 I thought that I was beginning to go through menopause, but then I started getting my period more regularily again and it's been that way every month. The only problem is that when I ovulate (I know I do because my boobs get uber sore and when I don't my period just sneaks up on me) I go through weeks of super crankiness and when it gets to the days just before I'm eating everything in sight and husband better not so much as breath loud for I will simply jump down his and anything that moves, throat.

So now Aunt Flo is here and I'm still a crankiass and feeling nauseated from the cramps and I just am tired of it. I'm too old to have babies and hubby is fixed so if there are any babies to be had I best have a damned good explaination of how I managed to get that way. And as I recall using the "virgin birth" excuse barely worked once before so I imagine it isn't going to fly here either.

Thank you Gail! I hope so too. It is mentally exhausting for me mostly because being at hospitals remind me of end of life care I did with my sister 5 yrs ago.  I get flashbacks of my sisters pain and it breaks my heart..My mom isn't critical, but pain is uncontrolled and it is such a helpless feeling.
